10 things that destroy
Islam
All praise is dedicated to
Allah. May peace and blessings be upon the great prophet after whom there is no
other prophet. May more be revealed to his family, companions, and followers of
his guidance.
Then, O Muslim brother!
Know that Allah (SWT) has made it obligatory on all His servants to enter
Islam, to hold fast to it, and to beware of anything contrary to it. And the
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was sent to call to it. Allaah declares
that whoever follows the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)
will be guided, and whoever turns away from him will go astray. In many verses,
he warns against all forms of apostasy, shirk, and kufr.
Scholars have mentioned in
the chapter on the rules of apostasy that the blood and wealth of a Muslim
person is expelled from apostasy and Islam by performing various anti-Islamic
activities. The total number of destructive acts of Islam is 10 which has been
mentioned by Shaykhul Islam Imam Muhammad bin Sulaiman At Tamimi (may Allah
have mercy on him) and other scholars. We are mentioning all those anti-Islamic
acts for you below with a brief explanation and analysis. So that you can warn
others from those things.
The destructive acts of
Islam is as follows:
Shirk in the
worship of Allah. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “Verily, Allaah
does not forgive that anything should be associated with Him. Other than that,
he forgives all his lowly sins to whomever he wishes. ” [Nisa: 116]
Allaah says
(interpretation of the meaning): “Verily, Allaah will forbid Paradise to him
who associates others with Allaah, and his abode will be Hell, and there will
be no helpers for the wrongdoers.” [Surah Ma'idah: 72]
Note: This shirk includes:
calling on the dead, pleading with them, obeying them, and sacrificing animals.
For example, a person sacrificed for a jinn or for a grave, etc.
Relying on them by
mediating between oneself and Allah. Such a person is unanimously considered a
kaafir.
Not calling a
mushrik a mushrik or a kafir a kafir or doubting their kufr or considering
their religion correct.
To believe that
the ideals of others are more complete than the ideals of the Prophet (peace
and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Or to believe that the rule of others is
better than the rule of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon
him). (As some people prefer the rule of Taghut to the rule of the Prophet)
That person will be considered a disbeliever.
To look at any
object brought by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) with
hatred. In this case, he will be considered a disbeliever, even if he acts
externally on the object. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “That is
because they hate what Allaah has sent down, so Allaah has made their deeds
fruitless.” [Surah Muhammad: 9]
To make fun of any
matter of religion or its reward or punishment. Allaah says (interpretation of
the meaning): “Say (O Muhammad SAW): Did you make a mockery of Allaah, with His
verses and with His Messenger? Do not make any excuses. You have disbelieved
after believing. ” [Surah At-Tawbah: 65-66]
Sorcery: One of
the types of magic is to create a bond between two people with the help of
Tantra-Mantra or to sever the relationship between them. So whoever practices
magic or agrees to it will be considered a disbeliever. Allaah says
(interpretation of the meaning): “Those two (Harut-Marut angels) would not have
taught magic to anyone unless they had said it. Surely we are a trial. So
(learn magic from us) do not disbelieve. ” [Surat al-Baqara: 102]
To help the
polytheists against the Muslims. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“Whoever of you befriends them (ie the infidels) will be of them. Surely Allah
does not guide the unjust people. [Surah Maeda: 51]
Believing that
there is room for anyone to stay outside the law of Muhammad (peace be upon
him). For example (in proportion to the idea of a class of hypocritical
Sufis) the leisure was for Khidr (AS) to stay out of the law of Musa (AS). Even
in this belief, he will become a disbeliever. Allaah says (interpretation of the
meaning): “Whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will not be accepted
of him. And in the Hereafter, he will be one of the losers. ” [Surah Al 'Imran: 85]
Absolute deviation from
the religion of God. Not acquiring knowledge about it, not acting accordingly,
a person with this kind of mentality will also be considered a kaafir. Allaah
says (interpretation of the meaning): “And who is more unjust than he who is
admonished by the communications of his Lord and then turns away from them?
Surely I will take vengeance on the guilty. [Surah Sajdah: 22]
If a person is involved in
all these things, he will be considered a kaafir, whether he does these things
for fun or seriously, voluntarily or out of fear. Of course, if someone is
forced, his case is different. All these issues of destruction of Islam are
very serious. Even after that, it is widely organized. So the essential duty on
a Muslim person is to be aware of all these things. We seek refuge in Allah
from being the cause of His wrath and from His painful punishment. May Allah's
mercy and peace descend upon the best of creation, Muhammad (peace be upon
him), his family, and his Companions. [This is the end of the speech of
Shaykhul Islam Muhammad bin Sulaiman At-Tamimi].
The fourth type of destruction will include those who believe that the constitutions that people have
written are better than the Islamic constitutions, or their equivalents, or
that they believe that it is permissible to seek judgment from those man-made
provisions, even though the Shari'ah He thinks that the law is the best - all
such beliefs are included in the fourth type of anti-Islamic subject.
Similarly, if one believes that the rules of Islam do not apply in this twentieth century. Or it believes that this is the main reason why Muslims are left behind. Or he may confine it to his own priest, who has no authority over other matters of life.
In the same way, the fourth type would include the person who thinks that cutting off the hand of a
thief, stoning a married adulterer, etc., is not suitable for the modern age to
implement the provisions of Allah.
Similarly, the fourth type
includes the person who believes that it is permissible to decide on material
matters and penal rules, etc., with provisions other than the Shari'ah.
Although he does not believe that it is better than the law. (Yet he will be
considered a disbeliever) because by it he has made lawful that which Allah has
forbidden. And the person who will make lawful the forbidden law of Allah,
whose forbidden religion is known to all in Islam. For example, anyone who considers
adultery, drinking alcohol, usury, and ruling by rules other than the law of
God to be halal will be considered a kaafir by the consent of the Muslims.
We ask Allah to grant us
all the tawfiq of His satisfying deeds and to guide us and all Muslims to the
right path. Surely He is the Hearing, the Near. May Allaah bless the Prophet
Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), his family, and his
Companions.
